Once there is a mutual understanding of a mediation plan, I will draft and distribute a confidentiality agreement and terms of service.

Upon agreement by all parties to initiate mediation, I will send a questionnaire to gather insights about the conflict and the desired outcomes. My current hourly rate for communication coaching and mediation is $100.00 per hour, to be split equally between the parties. Alternatively, a flat fee can be determined once the questionnaires are reviewed.
